Optimum Controls Corporation has been chosen by Honeywell as an Authorized EXCEL 5000 Contractor. OCC works directly with Honeywell to provide its customers with cost effective control solutions based on Honeywell’s high-quality HVAC controls and building automation systems. This allows OCC to sell, engineer, install and service Honeywell’s EXCEL 5000 direct digital control systems and related HVAC control components for building automation. Honeywell’s EXCEL 5000 System can provide more than HVAC control and building automation. It can also integrate energy management, life safety, security, as well as other third-party systems to provide a seamless building management system. Operator interfaces range from portable keypad display units to text or graphics software and PCs. The EXCEL 5000 building control platform is a scalable system that can be configured to serve all sizes and types of building control applications. In addition, OCC has trained its staff at Honeywell’s Home and Building Control University and through the company’s professional training courses.
